I welcome Joel Breitkopf, Principal at Alchemy Properties, one of the most active residential developers in New York City. Joel shares with us his story of getting started in real estate nearly 25 years ago by starting a commercial mortgage brokerage company. He shares with us his time working early on with a past guest of the show, Ken Horne, and how they first went into business with each other over a lunch in 1993.
