On this week's show I welcome Steven Kachanian and Adam Hajibai of Klosed Properties, a family-owned, vertically integrated real estate firm specializing in the acquisition and management of well-positioned commercial properties in the New York Metro area and in select markets nationwide.
On the show, Steven shares with us how he got started in real estate investing and what ultimately made him decide to move from brokerage to investing. Both Steven and Adam also share with us how they look for deals, what strategies they use and how they ultimately worked closely with all their tenants during the COVID-19 pandemic to make sure they were there as much as possible in these trying times. Steven also shares with us his advice for any person looking to get involved in the business.
